I was honoured to be a guest speaker at the ADHD WA Conference 2024, themed "Pills Don't Teach Skills."
My talk explored the neuroscience of ADHD and organisation, focusing on neuroplasticity and evidence-based strategies — including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural techniques, growth mindset development, and self-compassion — to strengthen organisational skills.

Power to Change - Group Therapy Program 2022-2024
Alongside my colleague Helen Brittan, I re-established and facilitated The Power to Change Program, a 16-week, evidence-based recovery initiative for women who have experienced domestic violence. Endorsed by the United Nations and sponsored by Tang Law, the program ran from 2022 to 2024.
