Psychological Services
-
Individual Therapy
I offer individual psychological therapy for adults, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to your specific needs and goals. Sessions typically run 50-90 minutes on a weekly basis, and can be conducted in person or via Telehealth. Together, we develop a detailed treatment plan that guides our work and tracks your progress toward the outcomes that matter most to you.
-
EMDR & DBR Intensive Treatment
For clients wanting to accelerate their progress, I offer an intensive treatment format involving 2-4 sessions per week (each 50-90 minutes), rather than the standard weekly session. This condensed approach can help build momentum in trauma processing, and may suit clients preparing for a specific event, working through a discrete period of crisis, or wanting deeper, faster progress than a once-weekly pace allows.
-
Presentations
I deliver presentations on mental health, wellbeing, and personal development, offering practical tools and strategies to manage stress, improve communication, and build resilience. Topics range from general mental health awareness and coping strategies to more specialised areas like ADHD, trauma recovery, and women's health. My goal is to equip participants with evidence-based techniques they can apply to support their psychological wellbeing and personal or professional growth.

Assessments & Reports
Immigration Reports
I provide psychological assessments for individuals seeking immigration approval, evaluating mental health, trauma history, and psychosocial wellbeing where these are relevant to a visa application.
This often involves assessing the impact of past experiences — such as refugee trauma, sexual assault, family and domestic violence, or family separation — on a person's capacity to adapt and integrate into a new country. The findings are provided in a report you can submit to support your application.
Injury Compensation Reports
I provide psychological evaluations for individuals applying for injury compensation, particularly where mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD have resulted from a physical injury or accident.
These assessments help establish how the injury has affected your mental health, day-to-day functioning, and quality of life, providing evidence to support your compensation claim. I also assess your ongoing treatment and support needs related to the injury.
Family Court Reports
I provide reports for current clients involved in family court matters, such as custody disputes, divorce proceedings, or cases involving allegations of abuse or neglect.
These reports outline the impact of family violence or abuse on my client's mental health, the therapeutic treatment they have undertaken, and their progress and outcomes in therapy. Where relevant, I provide recommendations regarding my client's ongoing therapeutic needs to support their wellbeing and best interests within the family court process.
Purpose of reports
I provide clear, evidence-based reports that ensure the psychological aspects of each case are properly considered in legal and court processes, whether through independent assessment or as part of ongoing treatment. These reports offer legal professionals, courts, and decision-makers a fuller understanding of an individual's mental health, history, and wellbeing relevant to the matter at hand.
